What To Expect
Service Area & Travel
Travel is included for workplace locations between Forster and Port Macquarie, and west to Wauchope.
Locations outside this area may incur an additional travel fee, which will be discussed at the time of enquiry.
Equipment & Setup
All equipment is provided. Setup and pack-down are fully taken care of and require approximately 15–20 minutes each.
Space Requirements

Seated massage: A quiet room approximately 3m x 3m with access to a power supply

Remedial massage: A private room approximately 4m x 4m with access to a power supply
Employee Consent & Disclosure
All employees wishing to take part will be asked to complete a brief consent form prior to the appointment. Employees will be asked to disclose any relevant health information to ensure treatments are appropriate and comfortable.
Scheduling
A timetable will be provided so employees can select their preferred time slot.
Clothing & Treatment Style

Seated massage is performed fully clothed

Remedial massage is typically more effective with access to the back, shoulders, and arms, though this is not essential and will always be discussed respectfully

All personal and health-related information is kept strictly confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Insurance
Glow Coast is fully insured.
Booking & Payment
Bookings begin via the enquiry form. I’ll then be in touch to discuss options and tailor the session to your workplace.
Payment is made via invoice and is required prior to the scheduled session date.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
Any changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
Minimum Session Length
Minimum session lengths apply, and will be explained prior to confirmation of booking.
Workplace Responsibilities
Businesses are responsible for providing a suitable, safe, and private space for sessions to take place.
Suitability
Massage services are suitable for employees who are able to sit comfortably.
Yoga sessions are suitable for all levels; the instructor will provide guidance and modifications where needed.
