Many desk-based teams experience ongoing musculoskeletal discomfort from prolonged sitting, repetitive tasks and computer work.
Glow Coast provides professional onsite remedial massage therapy, delivered directly to your workplace, helping staff manage and reduce workplace tension in common areas such as the neck, shoulders, back and forearms.
Sessions can be delivered to small teams (1 hour), medium teams (2 hours) or larger teams (3 hours or more), seamlessly and with negligible interruption to the workday. Regular remedial massage contributes to improved staff comfort, boosted morale and early intervention of work-related injury.
How It Works
Service Area & Travel
Travel is included for workplace locations between Forster and Port Macquarie, and west to Wauchope.
Locations outside this area may incur an additional travel fee, which will be discussed at the time of enquiry.
Equipment & Setup
All equipment is provided. Setup and pack-down are fully taken care of and require approximately 15–20 minutes each.
Space Requirements

Seated massage: A quiet room approximately 3m x 3m with access to a power supply

Remedial massage: A private room approximately 4m x 4m with access to a power supply
Employee Consent & Disclosure
All employees wishing to take part will be asked to complete a brief consent form prior to the appointment. Employees will be asked to disclose any relevant health information to ensure treatments are appropriate and comfortable.
Scheduling
A timetable will be provided so employees can select their preferred time slot during the block.

Remedial massage is typically more effective when access to the back, shoulders and arms is available, though this is not essential and will always be discussed respectfully.

Insurance
All of our practitioners are fully insured.
Booking & Payment
Bookings begin via the enquiry form. We'll then be in touch to discuss availability for your workplace.
Payment is made via invoice and is required prior to the scheduled session date.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
Any changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
Minimum Session Length
A minimum session length of 1 hour applies.
Workplace Responsibilities
Businesses are responsible for providing a suitable, safe, and private space for sessions to take place.
